Advisor Announcement
Maritza- Club room needs to be cleaned out. ICC items need to be back in the closet or ICC room. Please complete this within the next 2 weeks.

Varshi- Marketing Vice Chair applications are out now.
Phoo- Admin meeting is working on making changes on the website to make it more clear.
Hsu-Had meeting with DASG discussing Spring Carnival.
Ethan- Working on line item transfers.

ICC Scholarships Review Initiation
- 5 students for Erickson Memorial Leadership Scholarship
- 8 students of La Donna Leadership Scholarship
- Maritza has demonstrated the evaluation process, and you’ll soon receive an email with the application links and forms. Please remember to skip any scholarships you personally applied for to keep the process fair. All reviews need to be finished by May 11th, which is when the committee will meet to finalize the winners.
Business Item 3: Spring Carnival Updates
- We will cover the prizes, DASG has left over prizes that we will use.
- $1,000 funding request for equipment rental will be submitted.
- ICC group form Spring Carnival interest form updates discussed. Hosting activities. Form should close by next Wednesday
- Discussed Fun services items
- Checking what games we already have.
- Instagram post to be completed within the next 2 days.
- Went over different DJ expenses. 4 hours for the event.
