The APBT is no longer active, as of the end of 2022.

At the College Council retreat held on Oct. 21, 2022, a decision was made to move forward with implementation of a new committee structure proposed by the Shared Governance Task Force. The new Resource Allocation and Program Planning (RAPP) committee will be consolidating work previously done by the Administrative, Instructional and Student Services planning and budget teams.

APBT Mission

The Administrative Planning and Budget Team (APBT) provided leadership and coordination for the development and implementation of Administrative Services planning and budget processes that support the College Vision, Mission and Values
