The committee reviewed the institutional metrics and discussed how some metrics were set above rates that we expected based on declining enrollment and the pandemic, particularly around transfer, degree and certificate offerings. The committee agreed that the research office should review the metrics and reset the metrics based on our current 5-year averages. The metrics are avaialble here: http://deanza.edu/ir/state-of-the-college-related-information/InstitutionalMetrics_Fall2020.pdf . The committee also reviewed the updated CTE licensure pass rates: http://deanza.edu/ir/state-of-the-college-related-information/CTE_Licensure%20Pass%20Rates.pdf and CTE job placement rates: http://deanza.edu/ir/state-of-the-college-related-information/Placement%20Rates.pdf which are all meeting their set standards.

Newell and Cortez will work on the updates and pass back through the commitee via email. https://www.deanza.edu/ir/planning/DAC_Equity_Plan_201819_Annual_report.pdf . It was discussed that the budget be brought back to the committee on December 3 for further disucssion and to determine what should be funded for the 2020-21 academic year. The committee will review the SEA funding rubric that was created last spring in preparation for the 12/3 meeting.
