Confidential Survey–Your Help Requested
Dear Student,
We’d like your help in completing a confidential survey about students’ drug or alcohol use, so that we can plan and improve services for students who would like assistance.
This short survey will only take 2 to 3 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and responses will only be shared in summary form, without any personally identifying information.
