    Both Advisors - Present. 

    Meetings:

    James called the meeting to order in 2:01.

    The advisors announcements: 

    Dennis stressed the times and whether or not the workload would be difficult for only two election commissioners. If there are any difficulties talk to me (James) or the advisors themselves.  

    Maritza stressed the administration times and offered the chance to reschedule the time for administration meetings. 

    Shared governance reports: RAPP met this week, which gave an introduction to the program and the onboarding of all of it's members. 

    All administration members gave introductions to themselves, their roles, their year, their major, and a fun fact about themselves. 

    The administration committee then proceeded to read out the Administration Code.

    Dennis noticed an issue for the code, which says: 

    "Any replacement for the preceding officer positions will be chosen by the senate through internal elections, but if there aren’t any senators who are willing to assume the additional responsibilities and duties afforded by the position, then the individual will be chosen through midterm rolling elections"

    **This needs to be changed for the Spring Quarter bylaws. 

    Suyash, Francesca, and Dennis led the introduction of prospective interns. Suyash explained the process of internship for administration, Francesca explained the internship projects and elections code, and Dennis explained the bylaws that the interns must do. 

    Maritza, public comment about the changes in parking. Enforcement in going to start November 1st. Make sure to not park in designated parking spots (staff, accessibility, etc.). 

    Maritza advisor announcements: next meeting is the time to start talking about elections.
