The presidential search launches with a broad national recruitment and outreach effort to attract a strong and diverse pool of candidates.

Candidate Recruitment and Application Period
National outreach and recruitment continue while applications and nominations are received.

Candidate Review and Semifinalist Selection
The search committee reviews candidates in relation to the college's leadership priorities aligned with the presidential search profile and identifies semifinalists for further consideration.

Semifinalist Interviews and Finalist Selection
The search committee interviews semifinalists and identifies finalists to recommend for advancement in the search process.

Campus Interviews for Finalists

Finalists visit the college and engage with members of the campus community. Opportunities for community feedback are provided as part of the finalist process.

Presidential Selection and Announcement
Following completion of the search and selection process, the chancellor and the board anticipate announcing the college's next president.
