Disability Support Services (DSS)
- Provides an array of legally mandated accommodations and supportive services for students with a wide variety of disabilities who are enrolled in De Anza's vocational certificate, degree, and university transfer programs
- Accommodations include test accommodation, note-taking assistance, alternate media course materials, sign language interpreting or real-time captioning, registration assistance, campus shuttle service, instructional and classroom accommodations,and more.

Occupational Training Institute (OTI)
- Occupational Training Institute (OTI) provides free refurbished computers for eligible Veteran students. Please visit OTI for more information or ask the Veteran Services office.
Extended Opportunities Programs and Services (EOPS)
- Extended Opportunities Programs and Services (EOPS) and Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) is a state funded program established to assist low income and academically disadvantaged California residents to be successful in college.
- EOPS/CARE provides eligible students with support services such as early registration, personal and academic counseling, transfer assistance and may include grants and book assistance. Please visit EOPS for more information.
Child Care Center
- The Center accepts children 18 months to five years of age. The child care center serves families affiliated with De Anza College as well as the general public. Please visit Child Care Center for more information.
Financial Aid
- Financial Aid helps students and their families to pay for college. Please visit the Financial Aid office for more information regarding grants, scholarships, loans and work study opportunities.
Health Services
- Health Services provides free and low cost services to De Anza's Students.

Tutoring

Food Pantry
The De Anza College Food Pantry is available to any De Anza student who qualifies for assistance. The Food Pantry is located in the Outreach Office (Seminar 3 Building).

VA Palo Alto Health Care System
- VA Palo Alto Health Care System(VAPAHCS) is a teaching hospital, providing a full range of patient care services with state-of-the-art technology as well as education and research. Comprehensive health care is provided in areas of medicine, surgery, psychiatry, rehabilitation, neurology, oncology, dentistry, geriatrics, and extended care.
Veterans Crisis Line
- The Veterans Crisis Line connects Veterans in crisis and their families and friends with qualified, caring Department of Veterans Affairs responders through a confidential toll-free hotline, online chat, or text.
San Jose Veterans Center
- San Jose Veterans Center provides the following services :
- Individual and group counseling for Veterans, Servicemembers, and their families
- Family counseling for military related issues
- Bereavement (grief) counseling
- Military sexual trauma counseling and referral
- Community outreach and education
- Substance abuse assessment and referral
- Employment referral
- Referral of other VA services
Hunger at Home
Each week Hunger at Home hosts a drive-through food distribution at PayPal Park (home
of the Earthquakes) in San Jose. Anyone in need of support can simply show up, drive
through, and receive prepared meals, boxed goods, and fresh produce that will provide
nutritional support for about a week. Food distributions are held every Monday from
9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the parking lot of PayPal Park located at: 1123 Coleman Avenue,

St. Judes
- Saint Jude's Safe Park program is part of the Winter Faith Collaborative effort to address homelessness in the South Bay. We provide a safe place to park for those who live in their car, away from harassment and harm.

Veterans Emergency Housing
- Homeless Veterans Emergency Housing Facility (HVEHF) uniquely combines emergency/treatment beds, transitional housing, and supportive services (such as case management, vocational rehabilitation, mental health and addiction treatment services and housing assistance) in order to serve homeless veterans throughout the Silicon Valley .

Work for Warriors
- Work for Warriors (WFW) is a State and Federally funded FREE Job Placement Program in California. The intent of the employment initiative branded “Work for Warriors” is aimed at assisting Post 9/11 Veterans, Active National Guard, Active Reserve members, Spouses, and Gold Star Families in finding civilian employment in their region of the state.
Santa Clara County Veterans Office
- The Office of Veterans Services is a County & State funded agency established in 1944 to assist veterans, military personnel, and their families in obtaining federal, state, and local benefits accrued through active duty military service.
Swords to Plowshares
- Swords to Plowshares is a unique one-stop resource that provides critical services to homeless and low-income veterans.
- Case management, emergency housing, employment and training services, legal services, ongoing mentorship to help women Veterans, and income support services.
